TRANCE-ENDING
Join Us on March 25th from 12:30-3:30 Newburyport, MA
Workshop exploring how old coping strategies sneak up on us and affect our perceptions. Through flower essence journeying, we'll be working with your grounded, potent sense of self. Feel free to contact me for more information.
Embedded in our psyches are childhood survival tactics. They surface when we become triggered, hypnotizing our adult-selves into recreating the trances we once used to defend ourselves from hurt and pain. Reacting from these unconscious, outdated referent points keeps us stuck in defensive coping strategies. This workshop series is intended to be an experiential platform to help you gain insight and awareness into how you unknowingly create trances (at the most inopportune times) and how to "un-merge" your identity from hypnotic, self-defeating feedback loops. We are going to learn to grounding ourselves with inner resources by restoring the observing self.
The supportive group context and flower essence-assisted journeying are catalysts for:
Exercising awareness, choice and creativity in the face of dis-empowering trances
Retrieving the exiled self and trance-forming fear
Mobilizing the inner resources of strength and love
Engaging with imagination to animate that which supports and guides you
