Why group work is so powerful for the individual and the collective...

Evolution Awakeshops are a coming together of like-hearted people. A culture of awakening, percolating in the hearts and minds of people who participate groups in Amesbury, MA, New Castle, NH and Kennebunkport, ME.

We discuss how our lives are a playground of expansion, and discover new ways to "try on" perceptual lenses that can help us adjust and grow. Our group experience is animated with the use of essences for journeying and we explore the process of deep inquiry.

I love the people who are showing up on every level! Every person is contributing so much to growing themselves and the group as a whole. Each module of work we do seems to have its own trajectory. There's lots to explore as dimensional shifts are affecting our identities. We are letting go of who we used to be; embracing what feels true and vital. As we re-calibrate to the upgraded versions of ourselves it can translate into a more positive outlook, more creative energy, greater inner peace, and often benefits the relationships in our lives.

So, why would I work in a group?

The shift in our consciousness is having a real impact on all of our hearts, minds, bodies and relationships, and there is much that wants to emerge through each person. Whatever has the most meaning in our hearts is coming alive. The way we use the group time together provides a psycho-spiritual context for people who are integrating change. People in a growth process need to connect to themselves in new ways that lights up the possibilities in their lives. Its also really important to feel connected to others who are in a similar process - there is a lot of support in that connection. Each person's evolution helps the group as a whole. I call them "Evolutionary Awakeshops" because the components are there for the waking-up process: inspiration, information, understanding, experiencing, .

Our culture cannot shift without US shifting it. It has to be activated inside all of us. We need you. The groups are about activating/integrating higher levels of consciousness. Working individually is great, but the value of a group is that all boats rise with the tide. We are "being" that supportive and accepting space for each other while we all move through rapidly shifting beliefs and life experiences.
We “Up-level“ each other. We pull each other up because of how the group process is structured. it’s a natural benefit of coherence. The culture of the group to support the highest level of who you are, so people can go much further, much faster. There is a powerful resonant field available to lift and carry everybody over the bridge. Each person's insights/breakthroughs are benefiting everyone else's work. The group energy will hold progress in place. A funny thing about resonance is that, our energy bodies want to resonate with the highest opportunity for growth. The resonant field encourages everyone to do what is necessary to rise to the highest level we are working at.
Journeying provides a great platform to explore a very dynamic and animated experience of psycho-spiritual evolution, which is a distinct departure from traditional group therapy. It allows each person to access, and integrate whatever is emerging for them on their inner plane. Journeying gives a powerful opportunity to experience more of who you truly are by connecting you to different aspects of yourself, and that can be very resourceful and healing.
