Two Part Workshop
Embedded in our psyches are childhood survival tactics. They surface when we become triggered, hypnotizing our adult-selves into recreating the trances we once used to defend ourselves from hurt and pain. Reacting from these unconscious, outdated referent points keeps us stuck in defensive coping strategies. This workshop series is intended to be an experiential platform to help you gain insight and awareness into how you unknowingly create trances (at the most inopportune times) and how to "un-merge" your identity from hypnotic, self-defeating feedback loops. We are going to learn about getting back on the horse once again, grounding ourselves with inner resources by restoring the observing self.
The supportive group context and flower essence-assisted journeying are catalysts for:
Exercising awareness, choice and creativity in the face of dis-empowering trances
Retrieving the exiled self and trance-forming fear
Mobilizing the inner resources of strength and love
Engaging with imagination to animate your connection to that which supports and guides you
the wolf moon brings us to what we were afraid of
so we can be present with it and watch it release its power over us
